The Plexus Minor System is not controlled by any Faction. If visiting Totem or passing through in a weak ship don't forget to save the game in the Vortex Prime System in case you get attacked.
Plexus Minor is the entrance to the mostly empty Alizarin Quadrant and an alternative route to the Primeval 2 System if Primeval 1 has been overrun by Pirates again.
